These terms apply to the Delaware Dental Discount Club website and membership program, operated by Delaware Dental Discount Club LLC. By enrolling or using this site you agree to them.

What DDDC is — and is not

DDDC is a dental savings membership program and a licensed Discount Medical Plan Organization. It is not insurance. Members receive reduced fees from participating dentists in Delaware. DDDC does not provide dental treatment and is not responsible for the care delivered by a participating practice.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description

Delaware Dental Discount Club sends text messages to members about their membership. The primary message is a provider switch request: when a participating dental practice asks to be added as your provider, we text you a secure link so you can confirm or decline it. This is an account notification program. It is not marketing, and we do not send advertising by text.

How consent is obtained

Consent is given by the member, directly, at the point of enrollment on this website. The enrollment form collects your mobile number and displays this disclosure beside the field before you submit it:

“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS from Delaware Dental Discount Club. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Submitting the form with your number is what gives consent. We use it only for transactional messages about your own membership, as described above. We do not buy, rent, upload or share phone number lists, and we never message anyone who has not enrolled and provided their number themselves.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to activity on your membership, so how many you receive depends on how often a provider switch is requested for your account.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. DDDC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.

Opting out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT. You will receive one confirmation, and then no further messages. Reply START to resume.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email us at support@delawaredentalclub.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and to the settings on your device.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.

Membership

• Membership fees, plan inclusions and participating dentists are described on this site and may change with notice.
• Discounts apply only at participating practices and only while your membership is active.
• You are responsible for paying the participating practice directly at the time of service.

Accuracy

We work to keep plan details, pricing and provider listings accurate, but they may change. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a particular dentist is accepting new members or that a particular service is available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DDDC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the membership program. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
