Who we are

Delaware Dental Discount Club LLC (“DDDC”, “we”, “us”) operates a dental savings membership program in the State of Delaware. DDDC is a licensed Discount Medical Plan Organization. DDDC is not insurance and is not a dental practice.

Information we collect

• Information you provide when you enroll: name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address and date of birth.
• Membership details, such as the plan you select and the participating dentist you enroll with.
• Records of requests you make through the site, including requests to change your participating provider.
• Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To create and administer your membership.
• To confirm and process a request to change your participating dental provider.
• To contact you about your membership, including by text message if you have enabled SMS alerts.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a Discount Medical Plan Organization.

We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging consent is collected separately from any other consent, is never purchased or obtained from a third party, and is not a condition of enrolling in a membership plan. You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message. See our Terms of Service for the full messaging terms.

Who we share information with

We share only what is necessary, and only with: the participating dental practice you have enrolled with or requested to switch to; service providers who operate our website, messaging and payment systems on our behalf; and regulators or authorities where the law requires it. Service providers may use your information only to perform that work for us.

How long we keep it

We keep membership records for as long as your membership is active and afterwards only as long as required for legal, accounting or regulatory purposes. You may request deletion of your information by emailing us, subject to those obligations.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to our legal obligations.
• Turn off text message alerts at any time by replying STOP.

Children

Child memberships are enrolled and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
